Emma & James: St Johns Baptist Church, Outwood & Stanhill Court Hotel 13th March 2010

Emma & James got married at their beautiful local church, St John's Baptist, in the village of Outwood. After getting ready with her bridesmaids at home Emma made the short trip to the church, the sun shone through the huge windows creating really beautiful light. At the end of the ceremony & the confetti shower we popped back in the church to take a few pictures and then the wedding party headed off to Stanhill Court Hotel. The guests were met by Paul Smith - The Toast Master, who did a fantastic job in keeping the day running to time & all the guests informed & happy. The couple & their bridesmaids, ushers & bestman took a walk into the pretty gardens for some funky shots. The main group shot did mean getting everyone outside, but amazingly they all stood in the shape of a heart! Emma & James were brilliant and were happy to take two minutes after their main course to take advantage of the fab sunlight pouring through the windows in the library room. As the sun set outside the speeches were made, then wedding guests were asked to stand at the bottom of the stairwell for Emma & James to make their grand entrance to cut the cake. A fab couple and a lovely day - here is a sneak peak of some of my favourites. (The rest of the collection will go online in the 'Your photos' section of the website once the couple are back from honeymoon and have seen the images)
