Melanie & Lewis: St Mary's Church & The Grange Country House, Northwood 19th November 2010

Melanie & Lewis got married at the local church St Mary's in Harefield - we were lucky to get some of the last November wintry sunshine. The ceremony was lovely and their son, Harrison was great - he happily wondered around the church allowing us to get some candid shots of him. Once the ceremony was over the guests were invited to take the Routemaster bus to The Grange Country House in Northwood. We decided to do most of the couple shots at the church to take advantage of the light as the ceremony was late in the afternoon. We set up lights to do the group shots indoors and to try and keep everyone inside and warm! The speeches were heart felt and very funny - some great reaction shots! A massive congratulations to Melanie & Lewis - here is a sneak peak of some of our favourites from the day... x

Kelly & Martin: Fredericks, Angel London 3rd October 2010

Kelly & Martin had decided to do something really special before their ceremony and meet up first! There ceremony was not until late in the afternoon and they wanted to make sure we had enough light for all their funky street couple photographs! So we arranged them outside the venue and with two photographers were able to get their genuine reaction & excitement to seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day! It was super fun and emotional. We then took a walk around the quirky streets where Kelly & Martin were treated by local shop owners with ice cream & truffles!! We also were able to get shots with the wedding party before the ceremony too! The ceremony took place at the very cool & funky restaurant in Angel, Fredericks. Once the ceremony was over there was a fab receiving line as many guests had travelled from all over the world to be there. It was then outside for the large group shots & back inside for dinner & speeches. Krispy Kreme doughnuts were served with tea & coffee! Mmmm! And then that FAB first dance! It was such a giggle. We had a great day and here is a sneak peak of some of the shots we got! x :)
