Lucy & Ian: 23rd January 2010 Loseley Park, Guildford

Lucy & Ian got married at the very grand Loseley Park in Guildford with their beautiful daughter Evie as bridesmaid. Lucy had lots of her best friends helping her to get ready in the morning. The ceremony was lovely and with two photographers we could capture the whole thing from every angle. We were allowed to use some of the rooms in the house to do some family group shots and couple shots. It was rather cold so all the group shots were done indoors and the couple braved the cold in the lovely gardens to get some fantastic shots. The barn on site was a great venue for reception wedding breakfast - The speeches were very funny and it was a fab day! Here are a few of the shots as a sneaky peak! Enjoy...

Landyn & Nick St Marks Church & Tamesis Sailing Club 2nd January 2010

So the first wedding to be blogged for 2010! Landyn & Nick tied the knot on the 2nd January 2010 - the friendliest church I ever been too, St Marks in Teddington. Rev David Lund conducted a beautiful ceremony with laughter and tears. Landyn's proud parents had travelled from the USA be there, as had many friends and family. Due to the late timing of the ceremony all the group shots were done at the church with studio lights set up and then I did all the couple shots inside the church. I used some funky lighting techniques to get some unusual shots and would like to say a big thank you to Trevor for holding the flash speed lite for most of the shots! It was then a short drive on to Tamesis Sailing Club in Teddington for a Marquee reception. The speeches were lovely, and Landyn's father 'rules for marriage' were just perfect. We got some fab shots and here is a sneaky peak at some of the results... x
