Sam got ready with her three bridesmaids at The Petersham Hotel. Sam & Chris had decided to have a small intimate wedding with 28 guests and then have a big wedding reception party the next day. The ceremony took place in the The Petersham ceremony room which looks out on to Richmond Park and has beautiful views. Once the ceremony was over the guests gathered on the balcony outside - Even for August it was just too cold & windy for photos outside so I set a couple of my studio lights and did the smaller group shots in the warm. The guests then made their way down the beautiful stair case to a room set for dinner. I took the bride & groom on a short walk outside to get a few shots of them on their own. The speeches were before dinner - they were funny & tearful in parts - It was lovely to be part of such an intimate special day. I hope the party on the Saturday was just as fun and a good chance to wear your wedding dress again! Congrats Sam & Chris - see you soon...
